Deposits are required on booking
This is non-refundable after the holiday has been confirmed by us.
The balance due for serviced pitches and hired accommodation is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
Once a written confirmation has been issued all alterations must be made in writing. Only the official written confirmation of your reservation will be recognised
When a booking has been confirmed a contract exists between Parbola and the customer. The balance is then due unless we are able to re-let.
When hiring accommodation the number of occupants (including babies) must not exceed the number of stated berths.
Unless we are notified of late arrivals. Pitches or accommodation which have been paid for in full, will only be held until 10.pm on the day of arrival. After that, we reserve the right to re-let.
Each child counts as one person. There is no charge for children under 2 years of age when touring.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation to hire and no bookings for parties with dogs can be accepted during July and August. Medical assistance dogs are exempt. Visitors to the Park are not permitted to bring dogs/pets onto the park.

Accommodation is available from 4 PM, pitches are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival. Both must be vacated by 10 AM on the day of departure.
Parbola Holiday Park cannot be held responsible if facilities are not available as a direct result of a third parties actions, although an attempt will be made to offer an alternative, no guarantee can be given.
All facilities may not be available in low season.
As Parbola is a family park we wish to maintain the family atmosphere we have nurtured. We reserve the right to refuse bookings and/or permission to occupy any pitch or holiday home.
