Holiday Cancellation Plan cover

 

Our optional cancellation plan covers the full cost of your holiday and all members of your party (on your pitch or in your caravan) up to the commencement date of you holiday against unavoidable cancellation due to 1. Death, serious illness, injury to any member of your party, close relative, business associate, partner or coordinator. 2. Jury service, witness summons or statutory redundancy, voluntary redundancy is not covered. 3.Fire, storm, flood or malicious damage rendering the home of a member of the party uninhabitable. 4. The Police requiring the presence of a party member following a burglary at home or in the place of business.

To claim, the circumstances for the claim must have arisen after making the booking. No pre existing condition is covered. Notification of cancellation must be given in writing immediately and be able to be supported by all necessary documentation. (ie. Doctors letter / certificate, Death Certificate, Redundancy notice as per payment act 1965). Claims other than for the reasons shown cannot be considered and all members of the party must be named on the booking form. The premium for this cancellation plan can only be paid at the time of booking. The decision of Parbola Holiday Park on all claims will be final.  The cost is £3.50 per night per booking for Holiday caravans and £1.75 per night for pitches. END
